GasWAVE series filter elements

A series of pleated filter elements based on non-woven materials designed for mechanical filtration of fine particles. Pleated filter layer provides high life of filter elements and low flow resistance.

A wide variety of high-quality filter materials is used in a wide range of different temperature ranges. Organic materials such as paper and non-woven materials are used as a filter medium associated with metal inner and outer supports and metal end caps with using high quality binder material, so that they can be exposed to high pressure drop. Thanks to high-quality filter materials, GasWAVE series filter elements have a high separation capacity and low flow resistance. The pleated filter surface allows to significantly extend the life of the filter element.

Areas of application:

  • mechanical filtration of natural gas as part of desiccant and purification units for acidic components;
  • mechanical filtration of natural and associated gas as part of gas-regulating stations, cabinet-type gas-regulating stations, block-type gas-regulating stations, etc.;
  • mechanical filtration of fuel, purge gas;
  • mechanical filtration of industrial gases, including air, nitrogen, argon, oxygen, carbon dioxide, acetylene, etc.
TH-CP typeFilter element based on cellulose paper impregnated with resin and reinforced polyester fibers. Designed for mechanical filtration of gases and removal of fine particles. Operating temperature: -10 ÷ + 80°С, Short-term up to 120°С, 0,5 hours at pH 7. Operating temperature up to 120°С - on request.
TH-PEM typeFilter element based on polyester fabric with microporous membrane PTFE. Designed for mechanical filtration of gases and removal of fine particles. The filter element is designed for thin (1 μm) filtration of gas media. Thanks to the PTFE microfiltration membrane applied on the outer filter surface of the polyester fabric, the filter element has the ability to regenerate. Operating temperature: -10 ÷ + 70°С, Short-term up to 120°С, 0,5 hours at pH 7. Operating temperature up to 140°С - on request.
TH-PS typeFilter element based on polyphenyl sulfide. Designed to separate dry solids from natural gas, biogas or other gaseous environments. Operating temperature: -10 ÷ + 70°С, Short-term up to 120°С, 0,5 hours at pH 7. Operating temperature up to 170°С - on request.
TH-PE typeFilter element based on polyester. It is used for mechanical cleaning of dry gases without presence of liquid. Operating temperature: -10 ÷ + 120°С.
TH-PP typeFilter element based on polypropylene. It is used for gas filtration in case of high chemical resistance and chemical stability requirements. Operating temperature: -10 ÷ + 60°С.
TH-MGCP typeThe filter element is a solid corrugated package made of microglass fiber and reinforced cellulose paper. Designed to separate fine solids from (wet) natural gas, biogas or other gaseous media. The filter element has the function of coalescence. Operating temperature: -10 ÷ + 70°С, Short-term up to 120°С, 0,5 hours at pH 7. Operating temperature up to 170°С - on request.
